Who we are
Seamless Digital Design, a web design studio in the United Kingdom, is the data controller for the personal information described here. You can reach us at seamlessdigitaldesign@hotmail.com.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and business name, along with the message you send us. We do not collect anything else, and we do not use tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to carry out the work you’ve asked us to do. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (replying to someone who has contacted us) and, where relevant, performance of a contract. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are stored securely with Supabase, and this website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email seamlessdigitaldesign@hotmail.com and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
