Rather than publish a price list that fits nobody, I quote each job properly: tell me what your business does and I'll come back with a single fixed price in writing before any work starts. No hourly rates and no surprise invoices.

Only if you want one. The website itself is a one-off price and it is yours once it is paid for. The optional care plan is a monthly subscription that covers hosting, your domain, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a set amount of content changes each month — so you never have to think about any of it. You can start it, pause it or cancel it whenever you like.

A one-page site is usually around two weeks. A larger site is three to four. The main thing that affects the timeline is how quickly you can get me your text and photos.

Yes, completely. The domain is registered in your name, the code is yours, and you're never locked into me. If you ever want to move on, everything comes with you.

For most small business sites, changes are rare enough that it's easier to just message me — that's what the care plan covers. If you'd rather edit it yourself, I can build it with an editor and show you how.

No. The whole process runs over video call, email and a private preview link, so it makes no difference whether you're down the road or on the other side of the country. I take on clients anywhere.

The same way most web work happens now. We have a video call at the start, you get a written quote, and then I send you a private link to the site as it's built so you can watch it come together and comment on it. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
